NEFI 2014

The National Electric Fly-In (NEFI) was held June 6-8 at the International Aeromodeling Center in Muncie, Indiana. Sixty-four pilots registered for the all-electric fun-fly in support of several local charities. Although weather dampened the event on Sunday, Friday and Saturday brought blue skies and warm weather for all to enjoy flying, fun, and fellowship. The goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable weekend while raising money for three great causes: the Animal Rescue Fund (ARF), the National Model Aviation Museum, and the Scott Davis Memorial Fund for a fallen Muncie firefighter.
