We at Model Aviation were really impressed with the creativity and quality of the ads in our magazine from this past year. So we wanted to recognize and reward the great advertising in Model Aviation. We narrowed down our top five favorite 2012 full-page ads and our top five fractional (smaller than a full page) ads. And then we asked for your help! With your votes, we have selected the top full page and the top fractional ad of 2012. Voting criteria we based on elements of
- creativity
- visual impact (photography, illustration)
- how well the advertiser conveys the message
- and other intangibles such as the feeling the ad presents
