The LT40 is the best trainer plane I have ever flown. It is a bigger than a lot of trainers so I can train others even when we have wind which is allways.

TONY, I HAD THERE LT-40'S AND LOVED ALL THREE. ONCE A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE BOUGHT, BUILT, AND HANDED HIS SENIOR TELEMASTER OVER TO ME. I THOUGHT THE LT-40 WAS SOMETHING TIL I GOT MY HANDS ON THE TELEMASTER. HE PUT THOSE BIG DUBRO'S 5 INCH TIRES AND MADE WING STRUTS FOR IT. HE MOUNTED A MAGNUM 91 FOUR STROKE ON IT TOO. WE COULD FLY THIS THING OUT OF 3 INCH WATER. ONE TIME, MY BUDDY SAM LAID THE RADIO DOWN WHILE FLYING AND CARRIED ON A CONVERSATION WITH A VISITOR WHILE THE PLANE WAS STILL FLYING. HE PUT THE PLANE IN A SLOW LEFT TURN WITH A TINY BIT OF UP ELE. AND LEFT IT ALONE. IT FLEW LIKE THIS FOR 10 MINUTES. SO IF YOU THINK THE LT-40 IS SOMETHING (WHICH IT IS), TRY ON A SENIOR TELEMASTER..

The decals work great for the plane, however I had one side to wrinkle terribly bad and I do not know why. I ironed out all wrinkles and all stickers went on great. I will try to email a photo to see if you have any suggestions....I am new at RC....I was an old control line airplane enthusiast. It takes me entirely too long to build, but I enjoy it. I am very concerned and nervous about my first flight at 63 years old. I am also a full time student and that interferes with my build time. I have glued the wing and back stabilizer and hope to glue the tail rudder and servo mount to wing tonight. Sig has been around for many years....they build super planes and great instructions.
